Jazz. Art. Writers. SOUTH! It’s all happening this summer at the University of South Alabama’s Marx Library. From casual Jazzy Brunches to classy concerts, JAWS Fest brings a whole summer of exciting events to Mobile, Alabama. Listen to live music and poetry, view a variety of art galleries, and enjoy the hospitality of our South Alabama community!

JAWS Youth is our art outreach program for students connecting them to the Jazz Art Writers South Festival by utilizing art and music. View a digital gallery of jazz-themed art by K-12 students, also on display in the Marx Library during May and June.
